Section A

Home of Prosperity reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of this Terms and Conditions Agreement each time you view and use the Website and/or Home of Prosperity's leads and/or training material. Do not use the Website and/or Home of Prosperity's leads and/or training material if you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions.

Marketing Associates may not present Home of Prosperity promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by Home of Prosperity, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.

Home of Prosperity will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.

Home of Prosperity reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.

The membership of the Members can be canceled anytime by Home of Prosperity without giving any reason. Marketing Associates can cancel their account and recurring subscription anytime directly from their back office with alertpay.com without the assistance of the company.

We pay out commissions only through USA dollars(USD), Tanzanian shilling (TZS), Albanian Lek(ALL), Nigerian Naira(NGN, and HOP E-fund(HEF)

Any Membersacting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of Home of Prosperity with all future commissions or lead and/or training usage forfeited.

Any Members that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with Home of Prosperity. Any positions held in participating programs owned by Home of Prosperity will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to Home of Prosperity.

While the parties shall work hand-in-hand for the benefit of both,the parties acknowledge and agree that the Membersshall, from a legal perspective, act as and shall be an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of Home of Prosperity. Nothing in this Agreement or these Terms and Conditions shall create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise between the parties in the legal sense of these terms. The Membersshall not sign any document in the name of or on behalf of Home of Prosperity nor shall it hold itself out as being an agent of Home of Prosperity or as having apparent authority to contract for or bind Home of Prosperity.

Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws of the country of incorporation for Home of Prosperity. Any disputes made with financial processors for purchases made will result in immediate termination of the Marketing Associates account with Home of Prosperity.

All branding, logos and graphics contained within Home of Prosperity are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. Home of Prosperity provides Marketing Associates with approved material for marketing any 3rd party or self-created marketing material must be first approved by Home of Prosperity before it may be used.

Any Memberswho engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to Home of Prosperity and or its employees and/or fellow marketing associates will be terminated from Home of Prosperity. Depending on seriousness, Home of Prosperity may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

Home of Prosperity strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of Home of Prosperity and for the benefit of all Marketing Associates. Marketing Associates proven to be participating in such activities will have their account(s) terminated and they will forfeit any and all current or future commissions.

It is the responsibility of Marketing Associates to keep their personal records up to date at the members area. Home of Prosperity will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your account.

You, the Marketing Associate, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in your resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from Home of Prosperity or any leads sold via the Home of Prosperity website.

All leads, trainings etc. is provided "As Is" and without any warranty, express, implied or otherwise, regarding its accuracy or performance.

Marketing Associates may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.

Marketing Associates and Home of Prosperity agree that if any portion of this agreement is found illegal or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the remainder of the agreement shall be given full force and effect.

You agree that Home of Prosperity is NOT responsible for the success or failure of your business or your business decisions relating to any information presented by our company or our company products and/or services.

Home of Prosperity makes no representations as to the accurateness or reliability of any advertising message or marketing tool offered through any referral, outside company or on this site. While we believe the people/companies we work with to be honest and ethical, we recommend you do your own due diligence relating to any specific claims or promises made in the marketing message, as it relates to your use and purchase.

Cross sponsoring, cross recruiting and cross line jumping are prohibited per the company's terms and conditions and the Members agreement. "Cross sponsoring" means soliciting a Members or any closely related person or entity into a downline different from the existing downline for that Associate, or a closely related person or entity. "Cross jumping" means an Associated or any closely related person or entity voluntarily taking a business that is not in the same downline as the one in which the Members first was placed. "Closely related person or entity" is any person in the household of the Members [e.g. Spouse, Son, Daughter, Parents living in the same household] or any Legal entity which is controlled by the Marketing Associate.

Marketing Associates shall not make any income representations except those set forth herein or otherwise specifically set forth inofficial company material.

You agree that all information, communications, materials coming from Homeofprosperity.com or Homeofprosperity.org are unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential and protected from any disclosure. Moreover, the information, communications and materials contained herein are not to be regarded as an offer or a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor to any person to whom it will be unlawful to make such offer or solicitation.

Homeofprosperity.com or Homeofprosperity.org is not available to the general public and is opened only to the qualified members of Homeofprosperity.com or Homeofprosperity.org subscribers, and the use of this site is restricted to our members and to individuals personally invited by them. Every transaction should be considered to be a private transaction between the HoemofProsperity.com and her members. You agree to be of legal age in your country to partake in this program, and in all the cases your minimal age must be 18 years.

Your subscription fee is not your investment nor a donation.

We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions and rates of the products at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of the members' interests. Homeofprosperity.com or Homeofprosperity.org is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses and costs resulting from any violation of the conditions and terms and/or use of our portal by a member. You guarantee to Homeofprosperity.com or Homeofprosperity.org that you will not use this site in any illegal way and you agree to respect your local, national and international laws.

You agree to keep private all content and information on this web site that is accessible to you through the protection of your password. You agree to protect your password and never share your login information with any one else regardless of their membership status in HoemofProsperity.com . Donations are not to be construed as investments, as any money paid to or for HomeofProsperity.com business is only but a donation. Donations may be used to sponsor trading business activities engaged in by HomeofProsperity members, and returns or profits on your donations may be returned back to you following a sharing formula determined solely by HomeofProsperity.com or its affiliates.

We will not tolerate SPAM or any type of UCE in this program. SPAM violators will be immediately and permanently removed from the system. Subscription fees are non-refundable and annual subscription fee(s) apply. We reserve the right to accept or decline any registration, application or subscription to join our system without explanation. RETURNS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
